Our Tooling and Engineering staff are involved at the earliest stages of project development to provide exceptional customer support including part design, prototyping, and CAD documentation. We employ the latest in industry design software, including AutoCAD 2002 and Mechanical 6 Desktop.

Our Toolmakers and Manufacturing Engineers meet regularly to ensure products are produced at the lowest possible cost while maintaining the highest quality. Rapid response on quotations and in-house die design provide the shortest lead time for new tooling and part production.

Other capabilities include: CNC machining, advanced sensor technology, in-die assembly, and first run production with capability studies.
