Materials, Purchasing and Logistics Manager

This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the purchasing of materials, supplies and services used by the Company.  Will include management of inventory cycle counting and establishing optimal inventory levels.  Strong negotiating skills and communications skills necessary.  Requirements include 3-5 years’ experience in a purchasing or logistics function.  Bachelor’s degree in a business related area preferred.

Production Supervisor

This position will be responsible for assigning and directing personnel to meet production schedules. Will include interviewing, hiring and training employees, and performance appraisals.  Will recommend measures to improve production methods and quality.  Will assist in analyzing and resolving problems.  Requirements include 3-5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

Press Set Up Operator

Candidate must have experience setting and troubleshooting automatic stamping presses. Will be responsible to set presses and ensure that parts are run to print. Sensor experience a plus.

CNC Machinist/Tool and Die Maker

Candidates should have experience building and repairing progressive, form and blank dies. Must have the ability to operate conventional tool room equipment. An understanding of CNC machining processes is a plus. These processes include programming , running & editing; G & M programs. Must be able to work in a team based environment. Journeyman's certificate or similar required.
